How to Use
For the best heat retention, preheat the teapot by filling it with hot water and allowing it to sit briefly. Empty the water, place your tea inside the infuser, and refill the pot with freshly heated water.

Direct heat can damage the teapot’s interior enamel coating. With proper care, your cast iron teapot can be enjoyed for many years.

Unused, unopened, regularly priced merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Handcraft Revival cannot issue a refund for a return package we do not receive.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 on orders shipped within the United States.
In-stock orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery time begins once the package has been accepted by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
