Art Makes Sense Watercolor & Painting Pad | 50 Sheets
A versatile foundation for creative exploration, the Art Makes Sense Watercolor & Painting Pad offers a beautiful surface for everything from gentle watercolor washes to detailed drawing and mixed-media artwork.
Made in Germany, this high-quality paper features a lightly textured, felt-marked surface that welcomes color while offering just the right amount of control. Its generous size provides plenty of room for expressive painting, seasonal artwork, nature studies, and imaginative creations.
With 50 sheets of acid-free, 150 gsm paper, this pad is a lovely addition to Waldorf classrooms, homeschool art supplies, and creative studios. While especially suited to watercolor painting, it's also wonderful for colored pencils, wax crayons, chalk, graphite, acrylics, and more.

Painting and drawing are woven throughout Waldorf education, with materials and techniques evolving as children grow.

Kindergarten (ages 5–6): Wonderful for exploratory painting, color experiences, and imaginative artwork.
-
Grades 1–3 (ages 6–9): Ideal for watercolor painting, color stories, seasonal illustrations, and creative work connected to main lessons.
