Your deposit secures the agreed-upon date(s) and time(s) for your private event and allows us to begin planning, sourcing materials, and reserving instructors for your group.

What the deposit covers

• Reservation of your event date(s) and time(s)
• Initial planning and coordination
• Instructor scheduling
• Material sourcing and preparation

How payment works

• This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your private event
• The remaining balance will be invoiced separately once final headcounts and any add-ons are confirmed
• Final payment is due prior to or on the day of the event
