There’s something timeless about the art of making your own book—especially as the seasons turn toward slower days and cozy indoor projects. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of hand-stitching a Coptic-bound journal from start to finish. This traditional binding style lies beautifully flat when open, making it perfect for writing, sketching, or documenting your creative process.

You’ll complete one finished book during class, with your choice of cover papers and thread colors. Once you’ve learned the technique, you’ll have the skills and confidence to create more on your own—just in time for meaningful handmade holiday gifts.
