Learn the timeless art of embroidery in this welcoming beginner-friendly class with Rebecca Woolston of Rebecca Made.
Designed for complete newcomers to needlework, this hands-on class will guide students step-by-step through the foundations of hand embroidery — from preparing fabric and threading a needle to creating decorative stitches and finishing a project for display.
Throughout class, students will create a heart-shaped embroidery sampler while practicing a variety of foundational stitches and techniques. Along the way, Rebecca will share the tools, materials, and simple skills that make embroidery such a relaxing and rewarding craft to continue at home.
This class is intentionally beginner-focused and paced for students with little to no previous experience.

Helpful Notes / FAQs
• No prior embroidery or sewing experience needed.
• Students are welcome to bring their own small embroidery scissors if desired.
• Embroidery involves detailed handwork; reading glasses or magnification may be helpful for some students.
• Younger students attending with an adult helper should be comfortable using needles safely.

Refundable for store credit up until 1 week before the event.
After that, tickets are transferable to another person only. Please try to give us a heads up at least 24 hours in advance.
