Tuesday Handwork Club - Spring Session

A gentle, hands-on rhythm inspired by the Waldorf tradition

Give your child a calm, creative space to unwind after the school day. In our After-School Handwork Club, children are guided by experienced, background-checked handwork teachers as they explore meaningful craft projects using natural materials such as wool, wood, cotton, and beeswax.

Children may bring handwork projects from home or begin something new in the studio. Possible crafts include crochet, knitting, embroidery, and cross-stitch. Each week offers time to build skills, grow confidence, and discover the joy of making something with their own hands.

If your child has never knit, crocheted, or sewn before, please schedule a short private lesson first so they can learn the basics and feel successful. (Private lesson listing available here.)

✨ Drop-ins available (space permitting) - Opens the Sunday before the first day of class.

🧵 Tuition & Materials

Tuition includes use of all necessary tools during class, including knitting needles, tapestry needles, scissors, and other shared handwork tools.

Each student will receive 4 oz of wool yarn for use during the session. 

If additional yarn is needed beyond the included amount, we will contact parents before approving further use so it can be purchased. Students may also continue skill-building exercises and projects that do not require additional yarn.
